Cheers Kelly! Yes, so many positives at the moment. However, I only hope that as the blogosphere gets more sophisticated it doesn't lose its charm and humility :)

Thanks for your question Daiana - apologies for delay in getting back to you, for some reason Typepad didn't alert me of your comment. I'm always happy for my material to be shared for genuine reasons, as do most bloggers I'd imagine. This issue is when some unscrupulous 'bloggers' take other people's full articles and pass the copy off as their own. For your purposes Daiana - more than happy for you to share and recommend!

Thanks Craig, those two fears you mention are definitely well and truly entrenched, and until they learn to deal with them I'm afraid there are going to be a lot of companies that will become even more disconnected from the marketplace in coming years. The risk then is distrust and irrelevance, not to mention putting themselves at risk of competing with savvy, agile startups. I see a time when the best and brightest young talent will only work for companies that are socially connected, respected, relevant and that operate with passion and purpose. It's not about Twitter, it's a cultural mindset shift.

I agree with the avatar being smack-bang in the middle, its positioning stuffed up a few images I uploaded!

Thanks for stopping by Meagan, fantastic gig you have there by the sounds of things - it's certainly one of those jobs you can move in a few directions because nothing's really all that set in stone yet, it's all so new.

Cheers Wes ... agree, if comms are poor you don't want to be amplifying, that's for sure!
