Chuck, I like this reflection. You're contrasting a "good" leader (who does what she's asked to do, on time and on budget) with a "great" leader (one who seeks to make everything better through innovation). Thanks for sharing. I believe, as well, that we can move ourselves from good to great through self-awareness, focus, and going outside our comfort zones. It was really easy to type that, and it's really hard to do, but that's why we call it "work"!
