Until the Mex. game Beckerman played well. Held the ball, passed well and most importantly made himself available for outlet passes. Been missing that since Reyna. Although US does play a faster attacking style now. The question is can he play like that at a higher level, I'm afraid, probably not.

DC Josh saying Donovan and Bradley are interchangeable is less than accurate. One attacks primarily the other defends as a priority. There is a big drop off after Bradley Edu (Jones?). Gotta disagree with all you guys who say we are deep at midfield. Midfield was hurting badly when Bradley missed the final. If we are so deep how does one player missing comprimise the whole middle of the field?
