I'm actually brewing this same set kit right now as my first foray into homebrewing since helping my dad out as a kid. How did you deal with taking gravity readings with a batch this small? I've had mine sitting in a 1 gallon carboy for about a week, and I was thinking I would just let it do it's thing for another week or so, before bottling.
