I think you have some truth in what you say Kim. I just was listening to some speakers discuss their research on what non-Christians think of Christians and the Church. The speakers made the point that we need to listen to the non-Christians more and talk less. I also believe that we need to do a better job of listening to what we say when we do speak - both verbally and nonverbally. Thanks for commenting. I am anxious to hear others comments as well.

Dave, Good question. I think the key here is in creating networks and encouraging individuals (clergy and laity) who sense God moving their congregation in this area to support and resource one another.
