Thank you for the thoughtful, positive review of "Dark Shadows". I thoroughly enjoyed reading it, almost as much as I enjoyed the movie. I'm sure that there will be those that disagree with me, but I felt that it was very true to the spirit of the original series. I feel that I can speak with some authority, being one of those that came home from school at breakneck speed to watch it. By the way, "Dark Shadows" wasn't the only supernatural soap opera. There was, at the same time, a Canadian version, called "Strange Paradise". It had a much shorter run, but was great fun to watch. Catch some of the episodes on youtube. Again, thanks for the great read. I'll have to watch for more of your reviews.

Being able to buy the DVD would be grand! We weren't able to make it to ECCC this year, so it would sort of make up for that. Next year for sure!
