Welcome to another new week at Patina Market and a new lineup of artists. In fact, we're changing things up a bit. If you haven't been in to the store this year (all three weeks of it) you may not have seen the new layout in the main room. We think it improves the experience a little bit. Also, we're changing the rotation of new artists from weekly to every two weeks. We were excited to feature so many artists during the holiday season, and are now letting the store slip in to a groove and bring all our friends... Continue reading

Our artists mean the world to us and we like to support them in their many projects. Allora Handmade is doing good things for Autism and we thought you might like to know about them. In her words: The feelings I had this holiday season have helped me to make a goal in 2010 to give more. Of myself, of my time, of my talents, and my resources. My first opportunity will be in a few short weeks. January 14th is my nephew, Jonathan's 10th birthday. He was diagnosed 8 years ago with Autism, and that diagnosis has drastically changed... (the kind with pink hearts and purple polka-dots and red stripes...) To Brittney Mitchell and the Daily Herald for featuring Patina in the Sunday paper. (In December- we are a little slow.) The full article: In Pleasant Grove you can find other boutiques, but one in particular pays special attention to local artists. The Patina Market, at 200 S. Main Street, focuses exclusively on artists that hand-make their products. "Handmade is what is cool right now," store owner Nicole Huntington said. "If New York and San Francisco can do it, then so can we here in Utah." A designer herself,... Continue reading
