Last I posted was about grades and athletics-that the school needs both.I guess I was part of that negative stuff and got caught up in that- almost in fear-that it was all over with the Canes.I never should have gone there.After seeing Golden on CBS SPORTS tonite,I have a new found confidence in him and his plan.I like the new rules and I will comply.I am all CANES and just want our place at the top.Whatever the failure or setbacks,there is a ton of positives to counter that.Top 40 school,PERIOD,woman bb doing great,mens bb not so bad,baseball looking strong and football is on the rise. Question?When you watch carolina,ucla,tenn.etc. you feel almost certain that they are going to win. With the CANES you don't know if they're going to bring their A game or their Z game.Beat carolina,lose to vt.FRUSTRATING.I wonder if spring break has anything to do with it.Everybody else is doing their own thing,but these guys have to play.Yah,ACC tourney,Ncaa bid,etc.,it is about the game.Yes,they beat NC State, but who are they this year.It just looked like they had no FOCUS.FOCUS CANES-FOCUS.A one time shot.
