Oxford Lane TOTALLY floats my boat! I LOVE that color scheme! Awesome :) ~Natalie (QSOgirl)
Ahhh, new year's goals. I just love goals :) (Yes, I am very type-A, haha!) In fact, I decided to set goals each month rather than for the whole year, to keep them a bit more manageable. This month's goals don't include anything sewing-related, but I have some sewing projects in mind for future months! I even wrote a blog post about them... http://vegetablog.wordpress.com/2013/01/01/goals-january-2013/

Awesome quilts, Elise! I wish I had more of your "attack now & never look back" attitude. I'm usually more on the "crippled with indecision" end of things ;) One thing that motivates me to do more tedious work is to get an audiobook or interesting podcast and listen to it while I work. I listen while I clean the house, while I exercise... pretty much any chance I can get. It makes me look forward to those tasks (because I try to save the audio material for only those times)! Maybe something like that would make your squares-into-strips more exciting. ~Natalie

I LOVE You've Got Mail! I've watched it so, so many times. My husband laughs at me because I quote obscure lines from that movie. I'm sure you have, but if you haven't, watch it with the commentary, too :) It's a pretty good one. ~Natalie

Lovely, lovely! The leaves are so pretty, but the best part of the layout is that photo! Gorgeous. ~Natalie

The negative-space title is awesome! I love it! And then there are all the little details in the top and bottom borders. This layout is really great. I'm going to pin it :) ~Natalie

I like stamps because you can use them over and over again in different ways- they never get used up! But I would like to learn to incorporate them more into my scrapbooking (make it a habit). Love those stamp sets! ~Natalie

So last year, I wanted to do a December Daily. My daughter was due to be born around Dec 3, and I thought it would be an awesome way to record her first month! But all the other preparations got in the way and I didn't get a chance to prepare an album in advance. After she was born (a few days early!) I did buy the paper for it, and I wrote down notes each day (to go with the enormous number of photos that we were taking, of course!). I am thinking that this year, I can make *last* year's December album... This class would be such a huge help!! (The kit is gorgeous!!)

This line is gorgeous. I have so enjoyed seeing Shimelle work with it in some of her videos on her blog, and I;m looking forward to seeing how more designers use it! I love looking at the bright fall leaf colors against the blue and grey skies. I also love baking anything filled with pumpkin-y goodness! ~Natalie

Oh, I just love this collection, and you ladies have made *such beautiful* projects with it! ~Natalie
I "second" the comment above about including memorabilia on layouts!
What a gorgeous quilt-- such a generous gift! Your basil is looking great! I had a container garden for a few years (and LOVED it; now I have an in-ground garden, but we're moving, so I'm not sure what kind of garden we'll have next), and found The Bountiful Container by McGee & Stuckey to be a very useful book. I love grape tomatoes, and I found that the Jelly Bean variety is mighty sweet & tasty :) ~Natalie

It's such a hard decision between Persnickity and Autumn Spice, but I'm going to have to go with Autumn Spice, I think! ~Natalie my blog: http://vegetablog.wordpress.com/
Have I said recently that Lily Bee is probably my favorite company out there?! I love every single bit of this collection. The blue damask ("Cream") drew my eye first, but as I looked again (and again and again...) I found more and more that I just absolutely love. ~Natalie
Celebrating with you!! :)
