Very well said Matt ! I was thinking about the same thing the other day and taking a good hard look at what I was doing. I had all these grandiose ideas about my research but then I realized that the actual sweat-and-blood wasn't enough. That did it for me and I rolled up my sleeves and put in the bull-work.
