Armchair psychoanalysis aside, I have to say it sound like you're pretty right about what's going on here. CB was prepped for that interview and there's no way I can be convinced that he didn't know that line of questioning was coming. He should get used to getting Rihanna questions and come up with some deflective answers or just not do interviews at all.
Robin Roberts was just doing her job as a journalist. If you're part of a story, especially when there have been recent developments in said story, you can be you're going to get asked about it if interviewed. He's not a new jack when it comes to the media so I don't know why he was shocked. She was even pretty apologetic about her questions, believe if that was Larry King he wouldn't have been as nice about it as she was.
Neither of those is the main issue though. His behavior is the issue. Adults do not use their fists to express themselves every time they get frustrated. That's what's troubling. Did he learn anything in anger management? Doesn't seem like it to me.
After his GMA explosion, it's time we figure out what's eating Chris Brown
On a day when Chris Brown should've been all smiles, celebrating the release of his new album F.A.M.E., an unexpected violent outburst marred the otherwise good foot Chris Brown had stepped out on. In an interview with Robin Roberts of Good Morning America, Chris was asked a few questions as an...

I have to admit I'd revert back to my squealing teenagery self if that joint NSYNC and BSB show ever happened. I'd only watch the NSYNC set though b/c I'm biased like that. Also, your boyband knowledge is very impressive. Very, very impressive.
NKOTBSB: It's time to hang it up — flatscreen
All good things must come to an end. The saying has never been more aptly applied than when it comes to the shelf life of pop stardom. Seeing a former championship fighter in the ring past their prime is depressing enough, but it's even more tragic (and desperate) seeing a formerly hot pop comm...
While I do recognize that they're not contemporaries, the fact that they are going on a joint tour kind of lumps them together in this instance. Also, I'm not exactly sure how they represent different styles. Both groups sing catchy pop songs with a bit of an R&B tinge while wearing essentially the same outfit and doing the same choreography. I'm kinda leaning towards the fact that they belong in the exact same category. I will agree, however, that BSB is the liability in this situation. I'm just really uncomfortable with the whole deal. I really wanted to be excited about the AMA performance. I also bought into the boy band craze big time. Instead I just felt weirded out afterwards. Also, I'm just still really mad about the NKOTB and Ne-Yo song. Neither group was ever my type of hype to be honest. I'm more of an NSYNC girl myself, but I do have some NKOTB book covers that I'm totally breaking out for grad school if possible.

Hey Crystal,
You're right. Success is relative. My point was that for those who choose the solo spotlight paired against the lead singer the scales may be tipped in the latter's favor. Thanks for giving me the heads up on the scope of her success overseas. I just hope she can do the same w/ her upcoming stateside release. She has an immense amount of talent. I thought both of her albums were good. Thanks for commenting.
After a pop group dissolves, is solo stardom meant for everybody?
There are certain unspoken dynamics that exist in every singing group. There is always that one member that with exudes more star power than the rest, which, like it or not, forces other members into background singer/dancer mode. Fair or not, everyone involved must play their role. But what h...
