Pokemon Red was my first entrance into the Pokemon world. I remember grabbing it because my brother and I were going to sit in line at the Mall of America to buy Star Wars tickets and I wanted something to do while we waited. And I was hooked. I was 28 at the time. Now, I am still so very hooked into the Pokemon series and in just a few weeks, I will turn 41. I used to feel weird about getting a 'kids' game, but honestly I love the series. It makes me happy, and that is worth a few strange looks from people who just don't get it.
