Love this, Diane! It's such an easy trap to fall into. Have you read any of Byron Katie or studied The Work at all? Your post reminds me a bit of her teachings, wherein we learn to question our thoughts/"stories" about ourselves, the world, etc. Very helpful stuff! Namaste!

Josh, it's coming up as $21 for me. Is there a secret to getting the $14 price? Thanks!

I agree, way hotter in Prometheus. I had seen it in theaters and just rewatched it on Blu-ray at a friend's house and she was breathtaking, really. I thought she looked lovely in the other films as well, but her Prometheus physique is closer to my own personal preference. I don't necessarily want quite that much muscle, but I would much rather look like that than the uber-leanness of Lisbeth Salander.

I love this post! It's amazing how much time and energy people (myself included, as much as I'm trying to break the habit) put into judging... others and themselves. My husband and I actually kind of want to see that movie. And neither of us is remotely a fan of her music. It just looks like a really fun, positive film!

I love this post, Diane! I wrote something about acceptance recently, too. It's an important concept to me. Here's my post: http://wildbluewonder.wordpress.com/2012/03/06/i-accept/
