Friday! Yes! The first week of school is over and the whole family is glad. After 6 weeks of relative freedom it was weird to get back into the mill for all of us. Well, most of us. My husband still has the luxury of sleeping in, since he is currently working from home and cleverly didn't schedule any calls before 9:30 am. When I left the house at 6:45 to buy the promised rolls for breakfast it was cold. Really cold. Coat cold. So I went back home and exchanged the hoodie for my "Sherlock"-coat, long and thick and heavy. I know it's still August and I do like the sun and the summer, but honestly, I haven't enjoyed a walk more in the last 2 months. I hope the day will be as refreshing for all of you as well.
