Last night, we had the best dinner. I grilled some bbq ribs and served them with a cucumber and onion salad and tomato, mozzarella and basil drizzled with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. It was so yummy. Even Ellie loved them. She kept asking for more "sticks" as she liked to call the rib bones....
