Have a correction. Rianman did not PR 3 of 3 but 2 of 3. After verifying race results, he missed the KC Tri PR by 7 seconds. He didn't puke at that race so guess he had more to give.

Yesterday I joined Lurch, Christy, and Candie to cheer on Rianman and Bob (we need to get him a nickname like Crazy Bob) as they raced the Long Course Jackson County Triathlon. The Long Course is just a hair shorter than an Olympic with each event being a bit off from a regular Olympic distance....

So Rianman's been wearing all things Zoot lately. Well at least the compression tri shorts, active short, socks, calf sleeves and who knows what else. He's been experiencing more than normal chafing as a result of the really long miles he's starting to put on--even around the leg band of the sho...
Update: We'll be at water aid station at the long course turnaround...marking bib numbers and handing out water.
