I finally decided what to do with the third pair of white canvas shoes... I imagine they will match everything I own.
I love tai chi, and if I could find an instructor I liked, I would be all over it! My fave tai chi teacher was a little old lady named Lillian, who had been to China a few times just so she could do morning tai chi in the park!

Actually, I learned something very important yesterday...I can yoga-breathe my way through a hot flash, and the intensity is reduced! How awesome is that? So far, I think the yoga is helping my mind more than my back, which is good, too. I have only been at it for about three weeks, so I still have high hopes for the back as well.
