Christmas breakfast was always big in our house. A huge English breakfast with (in my childhood mind) crazy things like blood pudding, mushrooms and fried toast.... We opened our stockings before we are but no prezzies until it was done! It is a sweet childhood memory that took on a bigger significance as we got older and got married... suddenly family members chose to go to the 'out-laws' for Christmas dinner meaning the family was not together. So we started making breakfast the time when our family got together, freeing up everyone from the guilt of deciding where to celebrate. These days although we are more spread out, whoever is around still enjoys an English breakfast although as adults we've added a little champagne to our orange juice!!
I was the tomboy in the family and the one that spent the most time with my Dad doing outdoors things like canoeing and hiking. Through the years we've gone on camping and backpacking trips together - just the two of us! One of the most special was hiking the Juan De Fuca Marine Trail on the west coast of Vancouver Island (Canada) when he was already in his 60s!
Love the EKG die! That is one cute shape with multiple possibilities!

Wow... how many ways can you spell love? I just checked out Debbie Hughes interpretation of your challenge and then came here for the starting point and I am SO drooling over all three pieces of magic!!! My sister (she lives in Ottawa, Canada and I am in Amsterdam, Netherlands) have said on more than one occasion that we wish we were your next door neighbors... or maybe that is creepy??? ...cringe and sorry if that is the case... ? LOL? The message we'd like to share (and she is probably disowning me at this moment regardless) is that your ideas are inspiring... so shoo anything creepy away and just know you've kick started creativity on two continents... I will be casing in any event!! Cheers, Morag

Cute page!
Beautiful space - it gives off a serene vibe :-) My current favorite storage item is a basket that fits embossing folders & impression plates perfectly. I have created indexed tabs and sorted them by pattern (e.g., swirls, frames, stripes/plaids, dots/circles, etc.) and can now find them and access them so much more easily than I could when they were in Cuttlebug binders.
I am a sucker for quirky - The Princess Bride...
Cannot wait to get my hands on that heart die collection!
The minute I saw this set I thought embossing would be amazing and you so just made me right! Love the looks and am sold :-)

Love how this is more modern and still sweetly feminine!
Lovely and so different from the others... that is one of the things that amazes me about the tags in this series - so different all!
The grin is in indeed in place Ellen! Very grinchy I love that even in that theme it is still very feminine! And the addition of the gift card pocket on the back is great!
Great projects! Love the blackboard effect - certainly a trend right now!

Nicole - I love the last card you made. Gorgeous powerful colours! Yum!!
Great cards Heather... glitter and I don't seem to see eye to eye and it tends to stay with me for months after I try it, but this tutorial makes me willing to give it another go! Thanks.
Love the new sets but so far most excited about the dies for Tremendous Treats Valentine!!
