our little kitchen is a happy spot! i am so grateful for this spot where we are staying. and wasn't habit one of the best websites? there was something so thought-provoking yet soothing about it.

oh friend, i am so grateful that i rarely feel this way any more. it is such an awful way to live. the only times anxiety really grabs me anymore is when i am not getting enough rest. sleep is so necessary. i hope that you can find relief and rest. it is hard when there are health issues for people you love, and you are doing all the work on your house, and adjusting to your new place . . . so much going on - and that makes it hard to get enough rest. i hope that you will take the time to sleep when you need to, and that the sunshine and fresh air will help, too. sending you so much love.

oh friend. i have been missing 'old fashioned blogging' too! i am so glad that you are still blogging away. and after i get a few more posts in a row up here, i will say that i am blogging again. there aren't many who still blog for blogging's sake. i think that i am back at it. and i think that as i write and blog, i will find the right words at the right time to tell the stories that need to be told. so glad we are still in this together! love to you!
