I really like hearing that there are others out there that are struggling with this too. I am homeschooling right now after pulling my kids out of school and it has been going well, we are ready to add more structure I think after a year and a half of unschooling. It is a scary task to think that I am responsible for their education but it is going fairly well. My daughter age 13 is going back to Public school in the fall. I think for only a half day at first. I think I may have my son do the same. The homework is such a huge time hog though. In 6th grade she would be up until 11 pm. I wonder if your Public schools would offer a half day option for them and you can choose which subjects they could go for? I have friends that have done it here so I am looking in to it. What did you end up deciding? I am interested in reading a part 3 too. The 3 page document thing has got my attention.

hey Stephanie, The kind I planted came from the store, they were medium sized, golden and have a thin skin, I am not quite sure when I am supposed to dig them up though! hopefully nothing ate them. I planted these in the beginning of April. I am learning a lot this year.
