That's a good phrase - a ticking time bomb. I do feel sometimes that I'm due for an explosion! Like you, though, I'm pretty careful - I barely drink (except of course for that one glass of wine a day), I don't smoke and I exercise. I guess we just have to take all these studies with a pinch of salt - obviously not too much!

Quite. Sometimes you just despair when you read yet another study about what's going to give us breast cancer. If I followed every bit of advice that came out I'd be exhausted.
