The End Of The Beginning
Starting Weight: 298 End Of Stage One: 269 Total Weight Lost: 29 Pounds This was the essential end of the first stage of my diet. All in all, I'm quite happy with losing 29 pounds in two months. With the Holidays approaching, I am going to take the next two weeks or so to re-evaluate my diet, find out what lessons have been learned, and begin all over again.
