I've been blogging at Typepad for over six years, but all my more recent blogs are on Wordpress. I never see the Typepad editor because I use Scribefire. I suggest you all try it - it's utterly amazing for making posts afaik. You can now use it with Firefox, Safari and Chrome. Make and edit posts, add media, tag, categorise, upload. Bingo. btw, I would move my blog from Typepad if I could export it with images.

You might think that a scheme like this, 'giving away' theatre tickets, would be a natural for online promotion, honing social media techniques to ferret out an enthusiastic network of people keen to spread the word and find out what shows tickets were available for. But the Arts Council has never shown any interest or skill in the social media space. I've always found it amazing that their Facebook group simply regurgitates the first line of any given press release, failing to even link to the release itself, let alone provide any useful information (and repeated comments to this effect...
