Mr Biya certainly lives in a Cameroon completely different from the one ordinary folks like us live in and know. The man is so out of touch with realities else how does one explain this bizarre outing when wounds are still to heal from the calamity and show of shame that July 22 was? A chairman of a party who doesn't make a single outing, address a simple rally or a meeting of his central committee should be a veritable shame proof in having the guts to make such a speach . Even in his native Mvomeka, a fellow from the CPDM was imposed as Mayor after been flawed by a more popular choice. Mr Biya's government has been a disapppointment of monstrous proportions, he is pushing the country to the brink, he is a man going to sleep when fire is slowly engulfing his house. The next thing that will follow suit is for Mr Biya to declare he wants another term, the country deserves better, we all have to fight better, politicians both in the ruling party and the opposition should not be allowed to keep holding us hostage. The people must be ready to take their responsibilities in the face of of all the underachieving politicians lording over us. We have seen reveolutions in several countries and someday , someday it will be dawn in Cameroon.
When you discipline one person, it is a different thing but when you make article 8:2 a weapon against people with whom you share ideological differences or those that are in the way of so call party leaders, it makes nonsense of discipline. The case of sacked Mayors had nothing t do with discipline at all.In Nkambe, Mangoh Jones who was dully elected is not in the good books of Awudu Mbaya Cyprian who has been in the thick and thin of the mafia at the helm of the SDF and in the National Assembly. In Bafoussam, Maitre Tsapy a Fru Ndi loyalist was badly flawed.Just why will Fru Ndi and his clique want to force a candidate down the throats of people? Party discipline does not mean consciences should be forgotten, it doesn't mean merit should be thrown to the wind, it doesn't mean we should forfeit equal opportunity chanted with pomposity by militants every day "power to the people and equal opportunity" is what SDF adepts shout at rallies and meetings. The sacking of four elected Mayors only reminds us there is something fundamentally wrong, the turn out at rallies has dwindled, parliamentary representation is down, councils down, international respect down, more and more cadres leaving, we cannot attribute the poor showing in successive elections to fraud, the party must be honest enough to admit iuts short comings, to have a very sober reflection and whether we like it or not the leadership has failed .YES IT IS THE LEADERSHIP THAT HAS FAILED AND NOT THE SDF. A leadership that has become self centred, a leadership that takes the aspirations of the people for granted, a leadership lacking in vision ,the sacking of the Mayors only goes to show the recklessness and tacklessness of a leadership that has out lived its usefulness. A leadership that will take money from a cadre of the ruling party to frustrate the ambitions of a party faithful who has different views with the Chairman is not worth the salt. The lessons are important now as we brace up for more important show downs in the future.

The SDF still thinks it can take people for fools and idiots, what the hell does power to the people mean? Put simply giving people the right to make their own decisions and to elect who they want to lead them. The Mayors in question were freely elected by the councillors , it is insulting to the Cameroon people, it makes nonsense of the basic tenets of democracy and change the SDF claims to be fighting for when the party hierachy which has turned out to be a veritable mafia seeks to impose its own choices on the people. The leadership of the SDF is by this lending credence to the decision of the MINAT and the Supreme cort to give victory to Biya instead of Fru Ndi who won the elections, the decision makes nonsense of all cries against fraud. Is this the kind of leadership that Mr Fru Ndi and co want to offer for Cameroonians?Sad indeed, so the lives of Evaristus Toje, Juliet Sikod others matyrs of May 26 1990 went in vain, so Gregoire Diboule was sacrificed for nothing, so John Kohtem killed by Fon Doh wasted his precious blood so we see this kind of leadership? So the lives of people like Dr Tchwenko who spared no efforts in the struggle was for this kind of bizarre leadership? And what about the strong allegations by Hon Kwemo that the Chairman received millions from Kadji Defosso so he auctions the seat of Upper Nkam to the CPDM? That Fru Ndi and his henchmen are not in power is a sign that the Almighty Father thinks Cameroon deserves better after successive dictatorships, that Fru Ndi never got power may be a Blessing in disguise for Cameroon.May God continue to use more signs to open the eyes of the people and may the blood of all the matyrs continue to haunt those who take delight in using the masses as bargaining chips

Hon Mbah Ndam has been putting up spirited arguments which make him unfit for the job of Legal Adviser for the party. With such misleading concepts from him and unfortunately having the ear of the Chairman, there is no reason to doubt why others like Lawyer Luke Sendze had to step aside. The terms of the reconciliation forum were very clear and even at the convention the issue of Ben Muna was debated for a while and at last he was allowed to stand. It is dishonest for him to claim that he was for the candidature of Ben Muna. His accomplice Yoyo fought so hard for Ben Muna not to be disqualified as a candidate.May be to get some cheap credit Mbah Ndam says Ben Muna is unfit to stand. The earlier the likes of Mbah Ndam leave the better for the party. The blunders he has made, most of out of shear incompetence and others deliberately infulfilment of the millions given to him by the regime to put up his mansions in Ekounou and Batibo while acting as a sellout for the party, stand out very eloquently.Mbah Ndam we should never forget was very active in getting a seat in parliament for Fon Doh who killed our own John Kohtem in Balikumbat. Can anyone believe that the Legal Adviser of the party who hails from the North West Province, versed with the horrendous atrocities of Fon Doh during elections will submit to the suprem court that Balikumbat is found in Ocean Division of the South Province!!!!!? This deliberate mistake did not even give room for the Supreme Court to listen to the case from Balikumbat. This is a man who knows that the game is up and knows that for him to continue only the Chairman can keep him there hence his proposal that the Chairman should appoint all NEC members. This is the man who has never succeeded to defend allegations that he is the middleman between the huge sums that flow between Etoudi and Ntarikon, with wide reports that he gets huge commissions in between. With the likes of Mbah Ndam, the SDF will never make progress in this country. After discovering that his idea to get a dictatorial Chairman at the helm of the SDF who will reappoint him may fail,he now wants to make the leading contender of the Chairmanship to be declared "non partant" as the PMUC people who use one of the most imposing buildings on commercial avenue in Bamenda often say.Mbah Ndam, your arguments and positions get sillier as the days go by and have only helped to bring out the wolf in the sheep clothing you have carefully hidden in all this years. That shot at Ben Muna is cheap and very cheap indeed. That he is beaten in a free and fair elections to show the example for Cameroon, great. That he is excluded like Biya excluded Milla Assoute in the CPDM is most undemocratic. To Mbah Ndam,Yoyo, and others of their likes in the party I say once more :No thanks to you for your active and relentless efforts to make our King walk naked!!!!!!!!
