"Apart from the Taliban and a few places like that, where do you see this happening?”." Well, let's see. How about here in the USA with the increase in honor killings and demands for special privileges? How about the United Kingdom with demands for Islamic zones? How about France where streets are illegally blocked on Fridays by crowds of Muslims praying? How about the Phillipines where Christians and non-Muslims are attacked? How about Thailand where Buddhists are routinely slaughtered? How about Canada, where a teenage girl (Aqsa Parvez) was brutally murdered and left in an unmarked grave by her family? How about Russia, or China, which are under regular attacks by Muslims? Wherever in the world large groups of Muslims live or gather, there is a neverending push to make the local society more Islamic and to implement Sharia law, if not all at once because of local "sensibilities" (i.e., an awareness of the danger that is Islam), then incrementally.
Great movie with a real twist at the end. Classic line: "I'll give ya somethin' to dream about, Mister. Wanna kiss me, ducky?"
There is absolutely nothing in the tax code that requires an organization to adhere to public policy in order to qualify for 501(c)3 status. They only have to meet the requirements outlined in the code. From the IRS website: "To be tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, an organization must be organized and operated exclusively for exempt purposes set forth in section 501(c)(3), and none of its earnings may inure to any private shareholder or individual." Those "exempt purposes" are: "charitable, religious, educational, scientific, literary, testing for public safety, fostering national or international amateur sports competition, and preventing cruelty to children or animals. The term charitable is used in its generally accepted legal sense and includes relief of the poor, the distressed, or the underprivileged; advancement of religion; advancement of education or science; erecting or maintaining public buildings, monuments, or works; lessening the burdens of government; lessening neighborhood tensions; eliminating prejudice and discrimination; defending human and civil rights secured by law; and combating community deterioration and juvenile delinquency." It seems to me that Z Street has a strong case to appeal any denial of tax exempt status as a defender of human and civil rights secured by law.
Ali Gomaa is a moderate? That would be the same Ali Gomaa who said this: “Muslims must kill non-believers wherever they are unless they convert to Islam.” [Al Ahram (April 7, 2008)]. What a joke.
A well deserved accolade for a true leader of the movement to roll back the Islamic tide. Your name will go down in history with the likes of Charles Martel and Jan Sobieski. Well done!
Pam, I never talk about you to friends without mentioning your wonderful work in bringing attention to the horribly misnamed "honor" killings and the fund raising that you did for Aqsa Parvez, resulting in a memorial grove in Pelham and recognition in Jerusalem. Every year on January 1st, I think about Amina and Sarah Said and post an entry on my Facebook page. Rifka Bary would likely be dead today without your laser-like focus on her case. There are so many others. All that morphed into the bus campaign to help young women (and men) who may feel threatened by their families or the Umma for nothing more than expressing their independence. Any article that does not mention all that you have done to bring attention to this far too common occurence in the Islamic world is simply not accurately reporting the impact that you have had in raising this issue to the forefront of discussion. You are to be highly commended for your perseverance and dedication for all these women throughout the world. If this awful practice has been ameliorated, even in a small way, due to your work, you have saved lives. For myself, I stand in admiration and can only humbly thank you.

They didn't seem so picky about the aid they took from the United States and other western non-Muslim countries after the Tsunami in 2004. The USA pledged over $2.8 Billion in private and government aid to help them. So much for outreach. Source:
How fitting that these ads should be on taxicabs and that Sarah and Amina Said's photo should appear on one of them. Remember that their father, Yasser Said, was a taxicab driver. It would be sweet justice to have these ads appear on the same taxi company in Dallas for which he worked. Well done, Pam!
Well done, Pamela and Robert. In the short amount of time that you have taken over SIOA, you both have made an enormous impact. CAIR, like the roaches they are, can't stand the sunlight. Keep up the pressure and I'll continue to help where I can. Bless you.
This is the H&M homepage for the United States: Counter the boycott by paying them a visit. They've got really nice stuff.
This will wind up having the opposite effect that CAIR wants. As more people become aware that Muslims will not adhere to their work rules and dress codes, they won't be hired in the first place. I know I wouldn't hire someone who I knew would be a personnel problem in the first instance.
For historical reference, the Islamic Center of Washington was the locale of remarks made by President Bush on September 17, 2001 that "Islam is Peace." Included in those remarks were these about Islamic women: "some don't want to go about their ordinary daily routines because, by wearing cover, they're afraid they'll be intimidated." I wonder what he would say about female intimidation by male Muslims in the very mosque from which he delivered his remarks? Complete text of Bush remarks:
I am absolutely certain that Sandhurst provides many jobs and economic activity for that part of Surrey County. Should the Surrey County Council ignore the wishes of this large employer and economic base in the middle of their county, the MOD should threaten to close Sandhurst and move it to a more welcoming county with a more reasonable council. I'm sure that would get their attention once the local residents start protesting the potential closure, loss of jobs and income.
Rachel Maddow naked? Eeeew!

Good luck, Pamela - and to Robert, also. I know you guys and all the speakers will do well. Wish I could be there. I just hope you get a fair shake in the media. Strike that - I know you won't. The people that count get it though, in spite of the media.
Since they are so against all things red, can they please stop spilling everyone's red, red blood?

Pamela, have you organized FDI as a 501(c)3 organization? Are contributions tax deductible?
I can also recommend "Death Dealer: The Memoirs of the SS Kommandant at Auschwitz." It is a translation of Rudolph Hoess' memoirs that were written during the 6 months prior to his being hanged at the front gate of the camp. It is chilling in its lack of compassion and clinical descriptions of the killing and can be found at Amazon: There is also a very good collection of about 30 YouTube videos of Auschwitz tracing the entire history of the main camp and subcamps, including Birkenau. For those who don't know that much about it and want to learn more, these videos can be found at this link: Islam is only picking up where the Nazis stopped - and don't think that only Jews were killed at Auschwitz. Although the Nazis had a special hatred for Jews, they murdered anyone they thought was a threat to the state. Islam does also. All non-Muslims are in this together.
Pamela, there once was a southern humourist named Lewis Grizzard who wrote a book on the changes happening in the country that you might enjoy. It's out of print, but used copies are still available from Amazon. The name of the book is "Elvis is Dead and I don't feel so good myself." This is an Amazon link: If you do get it, let me know what you think. Some other Grizzard titles: "They Tore out my Heart and Stomped thas Sucker Flat" "My Daddy was a Pistol and I'm a Son of a Gun" And my favorite - "If I Ever Get Back to Georgia, I'm Gonna Nail my Feet to the Ground"
One word, Pamela - perfect! You can stop your search for a better banner. This is you.
The site certainly loads quicker, but I would wait for it to load no matter how long it took. Atlas rocks!

"All airlines flying to America have now imposed heightened security, including “pat-down” checks for all passengers and a hand luggage check at the gate." All non-Muslims have to go through this to find the Muslim bomber in our midst. All brought to us courtesy of the so-called "religion of peace."
Fine by me. I think all western corporations should boycott the Islamic world anyway. If they want to make it unanimous, all the better.

Follow the money. Where did these guys get the money to travel to Pakistan? That's not cheap.
"Bary needs to hear out her parents' explanation of their beliefs when she goes home." Hello? She already knows their beliefs. That's why she left in the first place. This is insane.
