The real shame of it is that webcasting has got to be less expensive than maintaining a radio transmitter and all the ancillary equipment, the engineering staff - and oh yeah, the power bill. It seems crazy that minority stations aren't getting into the web to draw listeners and make a little extra cash on the side.
