"Who could have predicted that Korean churches, among the 'least of these' one hundred years ago, would emerge as today's most dynamically enterprising and spiritually vital missionary force--" A little more than one hundred years ago, numerous American missionaries gave their lives to spread the gospel in the land of the morning calm. The mighty work of the Holy Spirit swept across the land of Korea. After one hundred years, Korean churches sent out second most missionaries to the whole world next to America. (The number of American missionaries from 2007 to 2010 was 46,381. South Korea sent out 21,000) missionaries)

"Who hopes for what he already has? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently (Ro 8:24b,25)" Thank you for sharing your mission and vision for the 21st century. May the small spark of fire be ignited by the Holy Spirit in this land and fill the earth. May your kingdom come, your will be done. We will keep on hoping, waiting and praying.
"--those eighteen who died when the tower in Siloam fell on them--do you think they were more guilty than all the others living in Jerusalem? I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish" (Lk 13:4,5) It seems to me that repentance is what Jesus wants us to do in times of tragic events, big or small. With eyes of faith, there is no coincidence in God.
