It is such a blessing to be able to do life with other believers. I'm sure the Lord will lead you into another group in His timing. God bless you!

Thanks for sharing this. The sentence you wrote, "rejoice that He will handle my worries for today," really resonated with me. He will handle everything today, NOT me!

I remember those days of sewing on patches for Girl Scouts! I wasn't very good at it either ... Congratulations on your new car. I figure that is good for many many "favorite thing" posts! I love Nina's creative way of spelling Elizabeth - it might just catch on ...

What an adorable picture! I agree with you, I'd rather have cool weather and layer on sweaters, etc. than to be hot.

I've always been taught that when the enemy is coming after you hard, breakthrough is around the corner! You and your friends are about to experience victory if you stand firm.

So glad you are feeling better! What do people do who have no one to pray for them? I'm certainly thankful for those I can call on when I need prayer.

I hate it when eras end... But when there is an ending, there will always be a new beginning. A couple years ago my baby left middle school. It's hard when the last one leaves. Yet, if everything stays the same, we get stagnant. Nobody wants that! God bless you both and there's no telling what God has in store for you next!

Thanks for the tip about rice. My daughters have ruined 4 phones over the years by dropping in toilets, puddles, cokes, etc.
