I was let go on wednesday, It was a happy day for me, my director Liz treated everybody very badly, and displays none of the values Starbucks is known for. I enjoyed my time at Starbucks but see that things need to change from the top. Starbucks needs to cut the money wasters who do not offer value for money or respect the values the company was founded on. I will miss and feel sorry for the ones left behind who are too afraid to report the abuse and bullying they are subjected to every day.
