Ohh, exciting news! I will be snatching that one off the virtual shelf as soon at it goes on sale! If you ever need a pattern tester, I'm up for the job. I have a few of your other patterns now that I'm working on, so I'm becoming familiar with your work. Just give me a shout if and when you need an extra helper. :)

Awww, he is darling. Too bad he decided to be darling in the middle of the night! I agree with Jean, he could be going through a growth spurt. My B is like something starved when he hits a growth spurt. The time they stay small is far too short, in my opinion. I hope you get some well-needed rest tonight! Ooooh, new babies? Can't wait to see!

I have pet rats, and they love to cuddle with me and are happiest when I am in the room with them. Sometimes I let them out of their cage to wander around on top of their cage and the tabletop, while I work away on a different table. One day, I took them into the sewing room with me. I put their cage on top of the dresser I use to store fabric and opened the door so they could play and explore. My back to them, I sat at my desk to sew. Before I could get any work done, however, I heard a scrabbling sound behind me. Turning to see what the little buggers were getting into, all I saw was a big rat flying at me! I screamed, he squeaked in fright at my scream, and he landed on me, clinging to my shoulder. What a fright! My advice? Keep your pets out of the craft room! They will only get into mischief. ;)
