EU, good, cold winter payments for UK pensioners bad. Bunce for MPs good, lower taxes for citizens bad.

Are comments filtered, these days? I posted that this was "a dream worth having to no avail."

Still a dream worth having.

Staffed mainly by Turkish mercenaries more than happy to fire on any uprisings by North European disaffected peoples.

Sadly this deluded woman has more clout than all of us put together.

I'm no fan of the coalition and the manifesto betrayals too many to list but I thank God Labour are not in power or we would be worse off than Ireland. Power to George, I say.

Lies, the stock in trade of modern life.

When once decent men lie once in power we really are doomed.

Yet another Union Baron living off the dubiously gathered subs of members and a careerist with an eye on the main chances and a seat in the Lords.

As ever, people change with wealth and success. The ideals that drive young career poiticians become subsumed and power goes to their heads. We are better served by wiser and more worldly elders. So few left today.

All sadly pointless. He's destined to be a one term PM and if he's lucky, long term EU Commissioner. He'll never serve as a truly Conservative Prime Minister. Nor will anyone else ever do so. The light switch is by the entrance to Dover Harbour.

"and we call this a civilised society" Not for 40 years, have we.

Do you expect the same cooperation if oil revenue were at stake?

Ever flown an Airbus with a regular electrical failure? More madness from the rump of The Tory party.

If you need to ask why you answer your own question. Because it is an insult to anybody volunteering and a deprivation of the strikers right to strike. Still, lets go with the old Tory nasty tag shall we? Really helpful.

I am a Union and Labour despiser but there are limits and this ridiculous idea is one of them.

Ah, proof. Anyone seeking proof of multi-national pacts with the political establishment, world wide, has a hard task proving it. However, the Yanks love the idea of an EU Federal State, the Bankers salivate over the power and they are bailed out by their pals in Government. Globalisation is purely the manipulation of trade for the benefit of a few at the expense of many. We see but a minuscule fraction of the real politics of power and the corruption it engenders. As for the Falklands, only its potential oil and mineral riches will matter. “Britain may have to find a compromise, not in terms of territory, potentially in terms of revenue sharing,” says Daniel Litvin, director of Critical Resource, a consulting firm that focuses on the natural resource industries." As for "proof". Proof in the sacrifice of our military independence signed today is a pretty powerful piece of evidence as to Cameron's treacherous septicism rather than scepticism. Septic Dave indeed. Roll on AV!

Better up the stock of tea cups, 30% will be 70% before you know it.

The handover of the Falklands to Argentina, in exchange for oil deals, is a given, done fact. The islanders will forego their sovereignty in return for black gold riches. We could not explore, drill and produce under the threat of military harassment, which would be again aided and abetted by the French. The NWO triumphs yet again.

There is more than a whiff of a tea party coming over, here. One time emulating the Americans would be a good thing to happen.

"Cameron promised"! Sadly, as with labour, promises are worthless, particularly where The EU is concerned. Since the modern career politician just wants power, The EU is a perfect vehicle for securing it. That your own Country be subsumed is irrelevant to them.
