First of all, welcome Jenn! I am sure you will give us all lots of inspiration. My favorite place to get crafty is in my craft room upstairs. I converted an area we used for the kids to study to a craft area for me. It is perfect and I still have an office downstairs to do all the paperwork and bills, so this is just for crafts. I am just getting started with Copics and am taking Colleen's class so a wallet would be perfect for when I travel.

You can rewind them and watch them again and again. Jessica... Continue reading

For years now our children have been away for the summers. It started with them going to summer camp in Colorado for 2 1/2 weeks. Beth was only 6 years old, Scott was 7. I was definitely not ready to have them away from me for more than a day or two. But, we felt the benefits they would garnish from camp would be worth the heartache. Then there is the idea that your children will be influenced by others. Can that be good or bad, or maybe a bit of both. Ultimately, we decided probably both, but again, it... Continue reading
