What are your best tips for living cheaply - and still enjoying life?
no no no, please no. i work for an insurance company and i hear so many stories of young kids getting into terrible accidents. that is too young to be trusted with a two ton vehicle and then after you factor in the speed and testosterone, it's not safe for anyone. i think 16 year olds are just not mature enough to handle a vehicle, and that's not counting if they listen to radio, have friends in car with them, smokee, etc.
