Just a few days a way from taking my Day #30 Paleo Challenge photo. I hope I see some progress as I work towards the 90 day goal. It's difficult to see anything in the mirror yet. As for my performance, that has been increasing. Today's WOD gave me a couple firsts. HSPU, I never tried and always scaled down. Today, however, I went for it and completed 5 each time. Pretty excited about it! Although, after my shower I noticed tiny red spots all around my eyes. Bottom, upper eyelids and a little on my forehead. Has this happened to anyone else after doing HSPU's??? Also, thanks Alex for pushing me and Danny as always, great class.

I was just thinking the same thing! He must have went from CF straight to the hospital. Congrats, enjoy your new baby!!!

Danny, day 2 after Murph and I'm still sore. Definitely too sore for pull-ups of any kind. Is this normal? Rhabdo?? At this point I would have rather skipped Murph and finished these last 2 days. On the brightside, my chest, arms and lats are so swollen it somewhat looks like I have some muscle. Please let me know if there is a day next week I can squeeze in a make-up for yesterdays cf total.

"Murph" 55:00 Rx I was too exhausted to post yesterday... I've never done that many pull-ups in my life. Both of my hands are cut, one spot about an inch. I probably should have done the under 8 week scale down but I walked out of the box at 40 minutes after giving everything inside. I crashed on the final mile. 55 minutes is a guess, I got into my car at 5:07. Eddie, you're an animal, thanks for the push. I feel better today and I'm official taking "lil' tim" out of my title.

If people are setting the record straight I have to throw in a couple things myself. First, today was an Rx day for me as well. Also, Big Rob I like what you have to say but before you claim that Paleo Crown you're going to have to compete with me! Best of luck to you.

I CrossFit because I never want to be out of breath chasing my daughter around... I CrossFit to look better for my wife... I CrossFit because I work in a soft, slack-jawed coporate world and lifting heavy barbells makes me feel like a man... I CrossFit because I've lived the alternative.

I am a nutrition novice - more like dunce. I've never done Zone before and I just started following the Primal Blueprint. Happily, I've already seen results in the last 3 weeks. However, after the nutrition lecture and what has been written here it seems as though the Zone has a greater degree of flexibility and tweaking for performance. Should I begin to do Zone or stick with Primal?

Thanks, Mike. It's always me, Tim, that posts. I suppose it's my women's Rx weights that cause the confusion. Ray weighs 100 and had a DL of 175 today. I weigh 205 and barely managed a DL of 215. Guess who has the higher relative strength level and Wilks Coefficient? That being said, I've got Monzon training me every morning at 6:30 and with his help I'm making the long climb back into men's Rx and beyond and I'm going to win this challenge. So it is written, so it shall be done!!!

I picked up the CARDIOSTAT Omega-3 Fish Oil in the blue box from Publix that I believe Mike posted a picture of. Any one else taking this one?

"Deliverance" Took the full amount of time. BC @65. Karen and Danny in the morning is a great team, especially now that we are running 20 person classes. How did that happen?? Thank you both for pushing me today. Danny, with your help we're going to win this challenge!!!

Nice, Dre. Good stuff! "Eat, Pray, WOD" I like these wods with runs. Stuck to the women's rx, 35kb was right but the 95pc bothered the back of my shoulder from the start so I dropped to 75 :( ... This is going to be a long 90 days.

Mike, I sent in my photos. Anything else I need to do to register?

"Double Dating Sage" - Women's Rx and jumping pull-ups. This is my baseline fitness level going into the 90 day challenge - And today wasn't even a piece of cake at that weight! Considering I weigh almost twice as much as many of the ladies pushing up this weight or even more, I think I've got a long way to go towards working at an appropriate level. Also, it took this first month back of doing 3 days a week at the box just to get here. Regardless of how I look at the end of this challenge, a major accomplishment for me will be getting to the men's Rx with proper form within the next 90 days. Thanks for helping this morning, Danny, and my partner John who also helped push us through to the end. lt

Osuna from the Mountain Top!!!!!!! Amen! This is the hard core, in-your-face-truth I remember hearing firsthand last year when I joined... Glad to read this today on the morning I took my 90 day Paleo Challenge photos. It's been slow going this past month but I'm fired up and ready to get back to that "F" it feeling! lt

Laura, congrats on all of your success! Keep up the good work. Btw, how come Mike never responds to my facebook questions? Let's see if I can get a response after I win the 90 day Paleo challenge! :) lt

After today's WOD lil' tim is... Winded. And, yes, CF Kids sounds like a great foundation. Baby Jordan is 20 months, is there an Rx weight for her press? :)

"The principle is competing against yourself. It’s about self-improvement, about being better than you were the day before." -Steve Young Thanks, Dre, this is all I've got right now. Due to my work schedule I don't get to come everyday but when I miss I run and I look forward to the next wod. Thank you for being all-in and for setting up a fun week! LT

Between the alligators, thrusters and jumprope my shoulders just burned themselves out... Feel like I'm coming off the disabled list. Back into the Primal Blueprint thanks to the lecture... Hopefully the nutritution component will make up for the current lack-of-strength component. LT (lil' tim)

Dreeee, you're killing me man. I guess it's funny because it's true. I'm man enough though to own up to a rightful challenge and for as much as it pains me... Really pains me, I have made the name change and will keep it until I can justify the switch back. I'll have to figure out some goals for this. Ouch, that was my ego walking out the door. Nothing but up and hardwork from here! p.s. Big Badass Ray is loving this and won't stop punching me in the back of the neck right now. Geez, no respect!

Mike, we can't include Ray in this because she has more control and form than I can ever hope for! Yes, I knew when I was alluding to those hallmarks of globo-clubs that I was wading in murky waters. I am ashamed! The good news is the 6:30 am class rocks, I took my "before" pics last week and I'm looking forward to this weekend's nutrition seminar - Even if I can't toss weights around like shotputs.

Now that I am back and committed to the box I was excited to start out my birthday with a morning WOD... Only to find out that we can't drop weights anymore!? Really? What's more fun than dropping stacks of bumper plates from above your head? Throwing dumbbells to the floor? Fuggetaboutit! I can't get enough of it!! Please re-think this hurtful policy. Next thing you know we'll have elliptical machines and a juice bar! :)

Nice video guys! Dre, start working on a special Wade-Bosh-LeBron WOD... This just might happen!!!
