Do you know that it snowed here yesterday? Also today? Atlas and I went for our evening walk under droplets of white. It makes it hard to celebrate the advent of spring!

I am! More and more and more! Today, I wrote many pages in my journal, and I discovered that I can trust myself much more than I realize (I was writing about my stickiest subject, relationships ;) and that the voices in my head that make me doubt myself are not mine; they are from other people, people who are not as connected to their knowing. It was such a fascinating and illuminating reframing.
