Thanks Linda, Remember that too much of anything can turn out to be a bad thing, especially when you are trying to lose weight. Apples are actually a great source of fiber and an amazing 100 calorie snack that can help with weight loss. However consuming say...five apples a day could end up being pretty carb rich and have the opposite effect.

Charlee, Your question is hard to answer because there are so many differentcauses for stomach aches! There might be something in your dietthat you eat on a regular basis that you dont even know you are allergic to or your body doesnt digest well. I would suggest testing your diet byeliminating things from it and keeping a journal for a while. For example: for two days try to avoid all dairy products. You might be lactose intolerant. If the stomachaches persist, try eliminatingsomething different, such as sugary snacks. The foods that cause the most problems are highly processed foods like fast food andbleached flour and such. Staying away from those in general should help. A high fiber diet should also help with this. Here is a link that might offer more insight. I hope I helped a little.
