The Aussie sense of humour is the same- my galpals and I are constantly taking the piss out of Mr Q's fashion sense! Not because we want to deride him in any way, quite the opposite! That's just how it is. But clearly, many of our comments wouldn't go over too well here! I'll try to behave myself as much as I can on here though. If you need to make any innapropriate comments, feel free to sling them in my direction, I'll almost certainly have a laugh!

Star Trek has so much history and mythology behind it, and it's hard to say where it will go after the reboot, so I don't think you can compare the two! Heroes is great, I've been following very enthusiastically from the very first episode, but Star Trek is something else entirely! I've grown up with it, it's part of my personal pop culture. Only time will tell if Heroes will be as enduring. Give it 40 years!

Well if you're a trekkie imma follow you back! lol! The general zq love-in vibe around here is nice, huh? I hope the flaming doesn't start soon! I've also seen the fan-made stuff, New Voyages was what one series was called. A fellow trek-friend got me watching. Very clever stuff, and quite slick for something made in a fan's garage!

I've been a Trekker (Trekkie lol) since I was a real little kid, and that was... a while ago haha! I'm excited to see where they go with the reboot, but I also love all the other incarnations of Trek. I blame my Mum. She was watching original Trek before I was even born!
