Yes I have done my 4 years Sundancing. I have pierced in my chest and on my back. One of the more beautiful and healing experiences I have had was the power of Sundance and Sweat lodge when done with respect and purity and loving intentions. I have got to be careful of how much information I can share about the Sundance. It is the most sacred ceremony and the elders really frown upon it being recorded in any fashion. I will definately share what I can. I run my own Sweat lodges. I was shown by my father who taught me how to build and run a Sweat lodge and passed on his songs. Sundancing is one of the biggest commitments I have made in my life but it also one of the things that has given me the most in my life.
