OHS - 65lbs then 75lbs. No rope climbing just ORPU. DB snatches @ 35lbs needed 5 more burpees to complete 3 rds in 5mins. time limit.

CONGRATULATIONS to my IACF/CFG/VIDA family members that competed on Saturday @ WW2! You guys did an amazing job! Although I was dying with the flu, and withdrew from the competition, I knew I had to get up from bed and go support you guys! I doped myself with meds and there I was watching you guys KILLING it! The weather didn't help, and I'm worst than I was before, but watching all of you guys compete, and bring trophies home, made it all worth it! I'm so proud to be part of this family! Can't wait for the next one! xoxox :)

Never had a WOD's aftermath stay around as long as "DT's has...WOW! BC 115lbs just missed on 125lbs also :( couldn't get that back press. Karen, I also made the same mistake, too many reps before. Danielle, I agree, DT, & the complexes combo too close together are very straining! (something is very wrong with my right shoulder) WOD 1 (pullups) 6.5 rds WOD 2 (squats) 7 rds WOD 3 (pushups) 5 rds
