This coaxes fat cells to release the fat rather than store it, helping trim down the excess fat in your body. Chitosan – This supplement comes from the exoskeleton of shellfish, like shrimp and crabs, and acts as a barrier inside your intestines. When you ingest fatty foods, the fat... Continue reading

Each of our troubles is a steppingstone. One day a farmer’s donkey fell down into a well. donkey The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn’t worth it to retrieve the donkey. He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly.. Then, to everyone’s amazement he quieted... Continue reading

It was a long ride, and the excitement filled the air, as we drove to the event we were in charge that evening. This was going to be a night, of great expectations. We were going to be acknowledged this evening for the wonderful health benefits our amazing drink offered to so many.. The night started out with guest's sharing with us, their excitement of what they had heard from others, and we showed great eagerness in giving them a quick review, handing them testimonial's, brochures, and cd's.. Just as it was getting time for this event to start, a... Continue reading

Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about Women. About their natural strengths and gifts, and how they are so often undervalued in our world. I am blessed with 4 remarkable daughter's and 4 remarkable sisters, my Mother Inlaw, and Mother, and my circle of friends from here on Facebook.. who has brought many years of joy into my life.... All of them creative, fearless, funny, loyal, loving; all of them fierce mother bears when they need to be. These are qualities that change lives; qualities that are changing our world. I LOve this note.... Given a chance and a little... Continue reading

What to Do If You're Tired of Toughing It Out by Joyce Meyer Have you ever noticed how so many different thoughts run through our minds every day? Some are good, some bad. Unfortunately, our natural temptation is to focus on the bad; so accepting them doesn't take any effort. The effort comes when we're determined to cast down the negative thoughts, and take a firm grasp of the positive ones. The Battle for Your Thoughts STEP OUT OF WORRY! Positive minds full of faith and hope produce positive lives. The opposite is also true: negative minds full of fear... Continue reading
