Here’s MY take on the latest... It just goes to show how effin dumb the NCAA is. To expect guys who HALF of which are in the NFL, busy getting ready for games tomorrow & Sunday...to STOP what they're doing and give them an interview??? LOL… ON THANKSGIVING WEEK NO LESS???!!! ARE THEY FOR REAL??? Like ou gotta be kidding me!!! Oh yea, w/ a 48 hr...heads up I might add??? And these people over in the NCAA headquarters have degrees??? It’s a scare tactic that will not work! Dumb asses!!! How do they expect a bunch of grown men to kneel to their requests, and RAT on the very thing that got them to where they're at???!!! Morons!!!! These guys (ex-players)...have been taught since day one not to snitch, it ain't in their blood/DNA, AND it's not gonna happen! I find it VERY EFFED up to KNOW that… 1. Both USC AND FSU appeal they're punishments (which is a supposed slap in the face to the NCAA), and we never heard about that again 2. OSU deliberately tries to cover up their garbage (head coach and all) and they get a slap on the wrist 3. Tennessee gets investigated, and the NCAA NOTHING wrong...NOT A THING, even after there were reports of escorts!!! But they’re SCOTT CLEAN??? WHAT??? I DON’T KNOW A SINGLE PERSON THAT’S 100% CLEAN...DO YOU??? 4. Cam Newton’s investigation took A WEEK, ONE WEEK LONG!!! There’s NO SUCH THING as an NCAA investigation that lasts less than 6 months and this one was concluded in a matter of days…right in time for the SEC to claim that title. Cam’s dad took however many thousands of dollars, but Cam knew nothing about it??? So the NCAA said, “Welp, that sounds good to me” and let Cam play??? LOL…I’m sorry but that’s a laugher. 5. Sammy Watkins gets caught in a Cadillac IN SOUTH CAROLINA of all places, and that's not being investigated??? I mean really... So in the meanwhile, after ALL that with those schools and them getting over, here WE are being cooperative and we get this??? Man, I shouldn't be mad...I really shouldn’t cuz I'm not surprised at these antics. Someone told me they wouldn't be surprised if a dam spaceship landed on the field in the middle of the Duke game, and the ref called delay of game on us…I agree. When this stuff came out last year, we suspended players, MADE THEM PAY ALL THE MONEY BACK, self-imposed TWO POST SEASONS BACK TO BACK, and Golden is already talking about self-imposing scholarships, I mean what more can they do to us??? What more do they want??? I’ll say this, it CANNOT BE WORSE THAT PSU, no way on God’s green Earth, that we get anything close to that. Cuz here’s the thing, they can’t even say it’s a lack of institutional control! Randy knew about Nevin and didn’t want him around at all. He did his part, he can’t police 70 something kids 24/7...nobody can. And ON TOP OF THAT…nobody (except Shalala) is here!!! Players, AD’s coaches, they’re ALL GONE!!! This is stupid!!! They have to go after the individuals such as Hurtt, Panuzzio, Haith, etc. Let’s see if that plays out. As much as ppl hated Randy, you can’t say he did anything wrong, he graduated guys, and did things the right way…for Christ sake, he was a black coach at the U…that’s 3 microscopes on him at all times. Haven't posted on here in MONTHS. So watup to everybody. All I gotta say is...this sux. Half of me is saying that we'll be okay because: 1. we've been here before and obviously know how to bounce back 2. there's a lot of stuff here that's actually in our favor. But then the worry wart in me kix in and goes to thinking crazy stuff like death penalty, suspensions, sanctions, loss of scholys, etc. UM football has only made me cry once in my life, and it was b/c I thought it was over...because I thought we would never ever be back. That was when we were led by Ryan Clement into Doak, and got axed. I hope I don't feel like that again...

call me a homer...but I'm looking at the glass half full... I see it this way, he brings a totally different type of QB'ing style to the team, the scrambling type. Not to say that Morris can't move, but TF had some extra long runs in his time @ the "other" UM. So at he very least we have a guy that can be used situationally...no? Yea the obvious is there, he can make our D better by running the scout team and provide comp at the position 2 years from now, but warm up to this guys... he ALSO can be our starter here for atleast a year if Morris has a super JR year and bolt early. I love thinking in hypotheticals... Go Canes...

Guys, don't butcher me but I KNEW he was goin there. I figured he was gonna stay in state, and that he wouldn't wanna sit behind Morris for 3 years. I felt Wisconsin was out even tho he could start now cuz I jus had a hunch he was not goin far from home. He's goin to FU cuz Driskell is no threat to him starting...Driskell is not better than Brisett and will be a career backup at FU, or start elsewhere. Jacoby won't be the one transferring. I also figured that he felt that Weis can proly better prepare him for the next level better than a first time OC. I don't think a bad decision, I just think he made the wrong one.

I don't think anybody is transferring anywhere, and that's only because if ur a player on this roster...simply put...why would you ??? Fresh start, young, ballsy, coach with some street cred...why would you??? You KNOW you're going to have a FAIR SHOT to be looked at when workouts begin too so hey... If there are some guys thate were to transfer, I just think they would be one of the positions with ALOT of depth such as the TE position. 1 or 2 of those guys is bound to get lost in the shuffle due to the sheer # of guys we currently have there and who knows how many guys we add at that position. We already got B. Sanders, A. Tallman, C. Walford, S. Plein, A.J. Cleveland, C. Ford, AND new edition B. Ayles. Hopefully those #'s make a guy step up to prove they belong. Who are the maybe's...Fulse and Debose??? And is Jordan Futch moving back to LB??? (I hope he does) I mean dayum !!! I honestly don't think a MLB would transfer because going into the spring, the guys listed @ MLB are ALL young...Nelson, Cain, and Perryman...they all have a chance there so unless they're related to Arthur Brown, I don't see them dippin' out...injuries do happen. I guess maybe an O-lineman might want to transfer out or a guy like CJ Holton who seems to be a career backup. Just my take...from a Cane fan that doesn't have all the inside scoop but isn't the average fan either... U Kno !!!
