Mark Allenspach captured the 2016 CCSA Stroke Play Championship this weekend with a 36-hole score of 147 (+4, 75 on Tavern Creek and 72 on Lewis & Clark from the Black Tees). Congrats to Lane Palmer and Les Carson (pictured left) who defeated (4&3) John MacArthur and JP Davis in the finals for the 2015 2-Man Progressive Tournament. The tournament started last May with 32 teams and culminated with these two teams battling it out on the Lewis & Clark course for the title. Mark Allenspach (pictured right) won his 2nd Club Championship title (2010) by defeating Tim Collins 1UP in the 36-hole St. Albans Club Championship. Mark also holds the 2015 Stroke Play Championship Title! Tim had a 1UP lead after 18 holes and maintained a 1UP lead after 33 holes, but was unable to hold on to the finish as Mark was able to win holes #17 and #18 to capture the championship title.
