You seriously rock! This is exactly the kind of stuff I and hundreds of others are interested in. I want to do some built ins in my sons room and admired the ones you put on either side of Alyssa's bed: now these can be added to the idea file as well. I have the wall paper (which I first discovered on your blog - thank-you), and the tools in the garage and maybe even some moulding. Now all I have to do is visit the Re-Store. Thanks for giving me a perfect jumping off point! Jennifer

Oooh; I'm feeling really bad for you right now. Yet, it will look so fresh when it's done - alllllll of it - that you will be happy. You probably just can't see that far ahead of the paint cans yet! Jenn

I think it takes me 2-3 years to want a change. That time frame usually coincides with us moving house, so that's probably why: I'm just used to change every 2-3 years! I have lived in my current house four years, and I have re-painted three rooms so far. I'm curious to see what you paint your kitchen; I think mine is due for a make-over soon. My guess for your kitchen is a gray? Have fun! Jenn

So sweet! My kids are way beyond that size of shoe but I imagine they must be so much fun to make! Jenn

I love getting lost in these kinds of things. 'Miniature World' in Victoria, British Columbia is a miniature lovers delight and is always included in our vacation plans there. Thanks for sharing! Jenn

Gorgeous Autum! Did you purchase new paint for the chairs or did you mix something up? Jenn

I had to make Easter cookies this year too. I made the dough and baked them in advance, then gave myself a whole afternoon to decorate them. It made it so much more enjoyable to break up the steps. Thanks for the tips; I'm defintely going to try the squeeze bottles out.

Very nice. I tried using waste canvas when I first started cross stitching and it didn't work out. However, now that I'm much better at cross stitching I think I'll give it another go. Thanks for the inspiration!

So pretty! Love them all, but my favorite is hands down the rosy, scroll-y Josepine's-boudoir looking one. Number 21 I think. You did a wonderful job and I just love your colorful outlook!
Just lovely! That yellow flower made my day. It's so gray outside, I needed something like that!

Back to school/daycare is always a germ-fest. I look forward to my kids going, but not what they bring home! It is good for building their little immune systems though, if you can appreciate that when you're knee deep in used tissue! I loved the changes you made to your already beautiful kitchen. I got uber-inspired to buy some beadboard wallpaper and make a few changes myself. I can't wait to see what you're up to next! Jenn
