I have been looking for a book like this FOREVER! Such beautiful eye candy. A chance to learn what the rest of the world (or so it seems lol) already knows! Elle Kasban

I won! Yippie Skippie! I posted my info under the popcorn adventure-cute girls! I also posted the Tarrogon Chicken Salad there. I hated posting my personal info as a comment but I wasn't able to email it for the life of me. Elle

Wow-I hated to add personal info to a blog comment but I had no choice. Now for the fun stuff! Here is the recipe for Tarrogon Chicken Salad that I mentioned in my first winning comment: 4 Split Chicken Breasts-bone-in, skin on Good Olive Oil Kosher Salt Freshly ground black pepper 1-1/2 TBS. Chopped fresh tarrogon leaves 1Cup Small diced celery 1 Cup Mayonnaise (I use real mayo) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken breasts, skin side up, on parchment lined sheet pan and rub with oil. Sprinkle GENEROUSLY with salt and pepper. Cook until done. Cool. Remove skin and bones then dice chicken and celery. Add mayonnaise, tarragon, celery, 2 tsp. salt, and 1 tsp. pepper and toss well. Serves 4-4. Best when left in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so the flavors can meld together. Elle Kasban

Oh my goodness, this is an easy one! The one recipe that I would HAVE to include is a Tarragon Chicken Salad recipe I found that is to die for. Yummy! Elle
