Today is Celebrate Hillsboro in Downtown Hillsboro. You can find us near our normal spot on Main Street between 2nd and 3rd Aves. And we'll be there from 8 am - 5pm. As of yesterday, Pacific Pie Company is carrying three gluten free pies made by us. If you're not already familiar with them, Pacific Pie Company makes delicious aussie pies and has a new, better restaurant space at SE 7th & Clay. We've worked with them a little in the past to provide gluten free options for a few catered events. With their new store, they wanted to provide gluten free pies on a regular basis.
