Jamie is it!
What i love about Imagine Nation is that someone is always there to pick-up incase something is left behind. In this case, fair after fair, the prenup photo contest in Before I Do bridal fair has always been won by Imagine Nation even if the shots are sent unedited as per contest rules and even if obviously, many of the other entries have a dash or two of photoshop. :) I am truly blessed that this year the winner is most deserving of the award... she has been soooo faithful in everything thats been asked from her. She NEVER complains... Continue reading

Not of this world...
Today i met with some people from the a government agency... Its the branch that deals with taxes. In 2008, Imagine Nation sales reached over 2M and we declared it all (yes crazy but we do). Unfortunately, my wise accountant then didn't know how to file our expenses correctly and so now we are having problems. despite paying over 1M in taxes that year alone, the agency could still point some flaws in our books that can mean real trouble. After a series of negotiations that need not be revealed here -- long and short of it is that i... Continue reading

God sends us hurricanes...
July 27 - I was surfing the internet around 4pm in my room because it was too hot to stay outside when suddenly the skies became dark, a strong rain poured and I heard strong winds whirling outside. After a few minutes I looked out the window and saw all the event streamers for the Lago del Ray Aquafest all fallen. After 10 minutes I get a call from Monique that I need to go to the main stage because it was damaged. I ran and was shocked to see that the roof of our 40‘x24’ stage was almost uprooted.... Inspired! at SMX
Last May 14, I and some Post Ad & Imagine Nation people attended the "I'm Inspired!" at SMX. This was a great seminar and we really did learn a lot. Although i do feel we had lack of time despite extending for another 30 minutes. There was just so many speakers, so many information... and if you were to ask me who was the best... well.. they were all great. Great including this gadget introduced to us by Anthony Pangilinan (husband of Maricel Laxa). Its gets audience reponse. They ask a questions and give choices on screen and at the... Continue reading

Marnic & Denise Hongkong Prenup
Marnic was a barkada since college. He was one of those people who worked with me in everything i did in DLSU - when i was president of the fair, when i was running the political party etc... So when i heard he was getting married, i got so excited! Actually, i found out during my wedding cause that's when he proposed. What touched me with this guy is even though he didn't have a big budget for the wedding, he consulted and listened to me. So as a gift, i promised to shoot his prenup since i'm not shooting... an 800 year old prophesy fulfilled...
Isaiah is a book written 8 centuries before Jesus Christ was born. Chapter 53 reminds me of how Jesus loves us and why He came down into the world. i'll throw in a few lines in here and you decide if you think that this almost 3000 year old book was actually describing the coming of Jesus. Here it goes starting at verse 3 ending at 11: --- He was despised and rejected - a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief. We turned our backs on him and looked the other way. He was despised and we did not... Continue reading
