Actually I had forgotten about Welwood :) Also good, but no, the two I was thinking of are: "When the Past is Present: Healing the emotional wounds that sabotage our relationships" by David Richo (who is also the author of "How to be an Adult in Relationships") and "The language of Emotions: What your feelings are trying to tell you" by Karla McLaren. You are very welcome! My belief is what's the use of learning if we are selfish and don't share what we've learned?... Personally both of these books helped me not only understand me and the people around me, but how I was/am relating to them or not relating to them. My learnings have helped me move forward with stronger/ new/revised boundaries and a stronger sense of self creating deeper relationships and making it easier to relate. As you can see, I love talking about my journey and sharing it with others :) I hope that you get what you need in the way that best suits you and I would love to get an update of how you are doing as compared to the other day :) All the best!

I thought it was funny actually... also, I hadn't had a chance to look at some of those updates that had gone up and they reminded me of them :)

My friend last year went as a "bunny hopping in the flowers". What she did was, she got a white dress from a thrift store and sewed/ pinned flowers allover the dress except for where she put a little white tail at the back and then bought herself a bunny ear headbands (you know, just like the one Zach is wearing in that pic that is floating around). She did some cute makeup and looked totally awesome :) Just a thought ;)

I have actually been a part of the community for a while, but realized I used to always miss these types of questionaires and thought I would join in on this one :) And yes, most animals that know me now come and bug me until I give them something (massage, Reiki, etc) take what they need and then go lie down. I love that they are so in tune with their bodies and know exactly what they need :) @SanteFeFan Crystal Healer! That's awesome, my Dad also does crystal healing. It is something that I am starting to get into learning, but not quite ready to put into practice with my clients yet. It would totally be fun to work together sometime!!!! How long have you been practicing your modalities?
