Last nights work went slower than expected. I spent a good hour digging through tile looking for the perfect background tile color for Mary and Child without having to buy MORE! Last night Red Bird Marketplace hosted a FREE Arts & Crafts Family Night at Chick-fil-A at their 290 & Hollister Rd. location. Our featured project for the evening was paper mosaics. We instructed the families on how to create paper mosaics, gave them all the supplies needed for their projects and watched how they came together to glue all of their pieces together in their own unique way. Everytime I walk by this WIP I really take notice to the chunky part as the halo. I simply placed all of these itty bitty tiles in the place they would rest forever, but not with the intention of how their resting.
