When I think about flossing, I don't really like to picture the animal I've eaten being stuck in my teeth. As an animal lover and recovering vegetarian, there is definitely a cognitive dissonance to these ads. I'm back and forth somewhere between, "awww piggies" and "ewwww pork in my teeth. Get it out!" Macaques living near a Buddhist shrine in Lopburi, Thailand, are known to pull out hair from visitors to use as floss.
