In 2007 I had the opportunity to see this film, The Living Wake at the AFI Film Festival. It immediately became one of my favorites. I waited three years for it to come out in theaters. Right now the film is only playing in major markets, but the DVD is coming out on August 3! The film stars Jesse Eisenberg (The Squid and the Whale, Zombieland) and comedian Jim Gaffigan. You've all heard of Rifle Paper Co, right? I hope so. If not, then I'm just so excited to introduce them to you. Anna Bond is the spearhead of this amazing company. They create custom stationery, wedding invites, etc with the most fantastic design aesthetic I've ever seen.
